Meeting in Reggio Calabria (also near the city). Departure by minibus/private car to Pizzo Calabro. Free time of about two hours in the historic center with the option (optional) to visit the 16th-century Castle, known for a sad event that took place here: the execution by firing squad of the King of Naples Joachim Murat. Also, the chance to enjoy the “tartufo” in one of the many bars in the town’s “living room”, where Pizzo’s gelato makers are true masters. Meet the driver and depart for Tropea. Arrival and about six hours of free time for a walk along Corso Vittorio Emanuele to see the colorful little squares, the various shops, local products and small churches. At the end of the street you will see the viewpoint that enchants tourists as they capture the wonder of the panorama, with the light blue, the green, the deep blue of the sea contrasting with the white sand. You can have lunch or a snack (optional) in one of the many places, choosing among restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, etc.  We recommend walking down to the beautiful beach of Tropea for a swim in the crystal-clear waters, or visiting the church of Santa Maria dell’Isola, which stands on a lovely little islet recognized as the symbol of the city. Around 5:30 pm meeting with the driver to return to the morning departure points.

Meet in Reggio Calabria (or nearby). Departure by minibus/private car to Pizzo Calabro. Approximately two hours of free time in the historic centre with the option of visiting the 16th-century castle, known for a tragic event that took place there: the execution of Joachim Murat, King of Naples. There is also the opportunity to enjoy truffle ice cream in one of the many bars located in the town's 'salotto' (living room), where the gelato makers of Pizzo Calabro are true masters. Meet with the driver and departure for Tropea. Arrival and free time to stroll along Corso Vittorio Emanuele to see the colourful squares, various shops, typical products and small churches. At the end of the street, you will see the belvedere that enchants tourists intent on capturing the wonder of the panorama with the blue, green and blue of the sea contrasting with the white sand. You can have lunch or a snack (optional) in one of the many establishments, choosing from restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, etc.
Meeting with driver and transfer to Tropea Fishing Port. Departure by motorboat to discover the wonderful Costa degli Dei (Coast of the Gods) from Tropea to Capo Vaticano. It will be a unique and unforgettable itinerary among crystal clear waters, golden beaches, breathtaking views, myths and legends told by the guide. You will be able to admire: in Tropea, the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola, built on a rock overlooking the sea perched on the cliff; the Bay of Riaci with its caves; Praia di Fuoco and Baia di Grotticelle with their white sandy seabed and crystal clear blue sea. During the tour, we will pass by the Grotta dello Scheletro (Skeleton Cave), also known as the Grotta Azzurra (Blue Cave), and Formicoli, an ancient Roman port and natural aquarium. During this fantastic tour, a tasty aperitif will be served, featuring typical Calabrian products, various bruschetta, a glass of white wine or a drink of your choice. During the stops, you can swim or snorkel. 5:30 pm: Meeting with the driver for the return journey.
