Meeting point in Reggio Calabria (also in the vicinity of the city) directly at the accommodation facility (or in a place to be agreed upon). Departure by private car/minibus for Santa Trada. We will be right at the foot of the 'Strait Pylon' (Calabrian shore), which together with the Torre Faro Pylon (Sicilian shore) are known as 'The Guardians of the Strait'. Two large disused pylons of the power line that transported electricity to Sicily from 1955 to 1985. From here you can admire a spectacular and unique panorama with a view of the Straits from above. After a short stop, we continue on to Scylla, a mythical place where Homer identified it as the place where a monster attacked ships, inspiring the legend of Scylla and Charybdis. Short stop at the 'Belvedere' to admire the view.
Continue to Bagnara with a short stop at the Ruggiero Tower, built between the 14th and 15th centuries as a sighting structure for Turkish ships, from where you will see a wonderful panorama from above. Arrival at the port of Bagnara and departure on the motorboat to see from the sea the wonders of the Costa Viola with its unspoilt places and characteristic caves. We will sail under the coast, in comfortable boats, in contact with nature to experience the sea, savour its scent and admire its splendid colour. We will see the Grotta del Monaco, CalaJanculla, the Grotta delle Rondini, and Cala Leone. Along the navigation stops for swimming in the crystal-clear waters. Possibility of snorkelling to admire the biodiversity of the Costa Viola seabed. Return to the port of Bagnara. Continuation by minibus/private car to the morning meeting places
